Lack of energy

It is difficult to get motivated to exercise, if you feel sluggish and exhausted when you wake up in the morning. I forced myself to exercise and I felt worse afterwards. I learned the rule - don't force anything! Don't force to feel happy, don't force to take the fear or anger away. Instead embrace your lack of energy, your fear, your mood. Ask yourself questions. Why I'm feeling this way now? What is is I need to know to feel better? What can I do today to feel great? Give yourself a big hug. All is well. Life loves you and it shall pass. It is also helpful to write a journal about how you feel every day, put your thoughts on a paper.

If you know where do you feel the imbalance in your body, put your hands on that area and listen to your breath.

When you open your eyes in the morning, instead of thinking " Oh, another busy day, I will have no energy again." change your thoughts into " Today is going to be a wonderful day , I have lot of energy, I feel better and better."

Try to wake up 30 minutes earlier and do basic stretching. Start stretching your body while still lying in your bed, feel your toes, stretch your arms over your head.

Place one hand on your heart and the other on your navel. Breathe. While focusing on your breath, affirm: " I love myself. I'm a healthy woman, full of energy. Today is a beautiful day and I have lot of energy."

When you are in the bathroom, look at yourself at the mirror and say: "I love myself and I have lot of energy !"

Put your arms up with the inhale and down with your exhale. Do it several times.

When you stretch, you make space inside your body for your energies to move and it also cleans toxins from your body.

Learn easy stretching exercises to make you feel better in the morning.

Yoga is great for that (Sun salutations for example).

Have a beautiful day with lot of nice positive energy!!
