If you and your body are already best friends - congratulations!
If not, don't worry, there is never too late to improve that relationship.

Menstruation and PMS
Few days before expected period (and if you already feel PMS symptoms), lay down on the floor, close your eyes and breathe deeply. Focus on your breath for at least 2 minutes. Place your hands on your navel and concentrate, how your breathing is rising your belly - up and down, up and down. Say an affirmation to yourself, for example: "I love myself. I love my body. I'm so happy being a woman. I love being a woman. I'm a healthy woman!
I have a healthy and beautiful period. My period is coming and all is well! I feel good."
You can make up your own affirmations, they are positive sentences you say to yourself.
Your body loves to hear them!
Move your hands down and place them where your ovaries are situated. Put your palms on your ovaries and breathe. After while you may feel the beautiful warm energy between your hands and your ovaries area. Relax, breathe, enjoy the moment.
You can say more positive statements: "I'm a balanced and healthy woman. I love my sexual organs. They are healthy. I'm a powerful woman! I take care of myself because I love myself!"
If you are experiencing a painful period, I recommend doing the same. Placing your hands on your ovaries and lovingly talking to your body using positive affirmations.
Gently massage your stomach and navel area with your hands or just place your hands there and breathe. Breathe only through your nose. Inhale, hold your breath for 2 seconds and slowly exhale.
Pay attention to what is going on inside of you. When you breathe, think about your pelvis area and send your love to it with a beautiful smile. Keep breathing and relaxing.
When you go to sleep, you can place a little pillow or a towel on your belly and feel the warm healing energy. Say again: "I'm a beautiful woman. Menstruation is a wonderful natural process and I'm grateful for it. All is well. I'm healthy and balanced.
I'm ready to take care of myself. I'm willing to open my heart and feel safe and awesome!
I love every cell and organ in my body. My feeling great starts now!"
I have been practicing yoga for many years and I know that a few yoga poses helped me during my PMS or painful periods. You can't go wrong with the relaxation pose, the child's pose always calmed me down and the cobra pose helped too.
If you are educated in essential oils you may know that Clary Sage Oil is great for PMS. You have to know how to use it and when.
May you find a beautiful balance in your body!!
