I always wanted to be healthy, to look and feel good and have a beautiful body - who doesn't want all of that? I thought that to get there I had to exercise really hard (daily workouts at the gym plus doing other sports), eat good food and closely monitor my physical condition all the time. All this can be very difficult if one has a job to go to, or is a busy mom. Exercise and a good diet helped a great deal, but still I wasn't completely satisfied. I didn't have time to do it all, and pay my attention to every part of my body. When I exercised and felt good in the lower part of my body, I didn't have time for the upper part.
In my search for balance in my own personal health, I found that much of the information coming in from outside just didn't sit well with my convictions. I disagreed with the contemporary notion that you are fine exactly as you are, that a bit of hard work doesn't contribute to a healthier mind state. I often heard the sentence "I'm who I am, nobody has a perfect body, nobody can be like a supermodel," which I think discourages people from making improvements. I have known many overweight women who have said "I'm me, I'm who I am, I am myself and I like how I look like." To me it seemed these were excuses to be lazy, to forget about exercise and give up. In spite of their saying that they were comfortable in their body shape and lackadaisical lifestyle, on getting to know them better I realized that they had very low self-esteem, and were trying to cover it up with a shallow declaration of love of self.
Personally, I wanted to improve my physical condition, and yes, I wanted to have a body like a model. I wanted to have beautiful healthy skin and I wanted to be healthy and perfectly balanced from inside and out. I felt that it was (and is) possible to reach that goal. During my wellness studies I asked many of questions, such as "Why should a woman suffer from arthritis and body weight issues if she claims to be a Reiki master? Why should a self-purported "healer" have poor eyesight and require corrective lenses? Many people I have come across in the "health" business, including healers, life coaches, and Reiki masters, seem to be deeply flawed, to the point of requiring prescription medication, anti-anxiety pills, and so on - what is wrong with this picture?
A few years ago I started to hear my inner voice a bit clearer. I began paying attention to my body inside, and I started to listen to what my body was telling me. I realized that I didn't communicate with my body deeply enough, and that I wasn't paying close enough attention to my organs. As a massage therapist and wellness student I already knew a great deal, but the learning never ends, and my best teacher became my own body.
In 2011 I established an exercising program for myself, and since then I feel my condition is steadily improving; I feel better and better, stronger than ever, and my body is healthy and beautiful - I really feel like a model - I might not actually be one but, I feel the way I've always wanted to feel, and that's the whole point. After practicing Matreoca, when I look in the mirror I'm so satisfied with my body, my skin and my energy. I think I look great because I feel great. Matreoca changed my life, it has shown me the way to look younger, be healthier, and have a beautiful body. The guiding principle; you and your body are best friends.

What is a Matreoca?
Matreoca is a recipe for a beautiful and healthy body from inside and out. It is an exercise program that is a lifestyle as well. It is based on unconditional love for yourself and your body. The results are marvelous.
I founded this program during my wellness studies in 2011, and I used my knowledge of massage, Chinese medicine, energy medicine, yoga, callanetics and affirmations. My studies still continue, and I will be learning for rest of my life, it has thus far been a wonderful journey. Now I feel comfortable enough to share my knowledge with you, and it makes me happy if I can help you to improve your body, your life as well.
Let's reach a deeper understanding of healing wisdom and inward awareness together!
